"Romantic and intimate with a true Venetian vibe. The menu had plenty of options, generous portions, and everything was cooked perfectly. We loved finally finding a place with a salad option. The filet with wine truffle crème sauce and the ravioli were outstanding. We stopped in earlier to request a reservation since we couldn’t book online, and it was 100% worth it. A true 10/10 dining experience in Venice."

"We wandered down this street and were so glad we found this amazing little restaurant. It is one of the oldest in Venice. We met the owner. And our waiter was so incredible. The restaurant itself is so incredibly charming wood brick just really old and warm. Our food was absolutely fantastic. We had spaghetti with clams and linguine with fresh crab. We had the scallop appetizer. Our waiter is the person who actually made the homemade tiramisu. He says he makes it every morning fresh. And it tasted fantastic. Definitely highly highly highly recommend."

I didn’t catch the name of the server that helped us before his shift ended, but we were also attended to by a waiter named Arsany. Arsany was very kind as well as funny, and we loved having him as our waiter and getting to talk to him as well. Definitely a highlight of our trip, and we will remember Ristorante Da Carletto well! "Amazing find near St. Mark’s Square! The scallops appetizer was incredible, the spinach & cheese ravioli and beef fillet Rossini were outstanding, and the sea bass was perfect. Even the tiramisu (and we don’t usually like desserts!) just melted in the mouth. Their homemade limoncello was the perfect finish. Highly recommend!"
